Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed to serve you through a given part of the ministry: your name and email when you subscribe to Daily Reflections, your responses when you apply to the Discipleship School, your details when you request a consultation or coaching session, and your name, email, and manuscript file when you submit a work for review.

We do not require an account to read free books or devotionals, and we do not track you across other websites.

Daily Reflection signups are sent to a third-party email service provider so we can deliver reflections to your inbox. We have not yet finalized which provider we use; this policy will be updated with the specific provider's name once that integration goes live. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Your application responses, including your devotional habits and mentorship relationships, are reviewed only by our admissions team and are used solely to discern your readiness for the program. They are not shared outside the ministry.

Strategic advisory and coaching requests, including anything shared in a confidential coaching context, are handled by the ministry team directly involved in that engagement. Coaching conversations are held in confidence; what you share with us stays with us.

Donations are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or payment details ourselves; that information is handled entirely by our payment partner. This policy will name the specific provider once it is selected.

Manuscripts you submit are stored securely and are used only for the purpose of theological review: an AI-assisted "Doctrinal Firewall" audit followed by human review by our theological review board. We do not claim ownership of your work; see our Terms for the specific rights involved in submission and, if accepted, free publication through The Overflow.

We use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand which pages and books are helpful to visitors, for example, how many people read a devotional or download a book. This is aggregate usage data. We do not log the content of your form answers, payment details, or manuscript files in analytics.
