Terms of Use

Books and devotionals available through The Overflow are distributed free of charge for personal reading, study, and ministry use. You may not resell them or represent them as your own work.

Applying to the Discipleship School, requesting strategic advisory or coaching, or giving to the ministry are voluntary actions governed by the specific terms presented at the point of application, request, or gift (for example, tuition or scholarship terms, confidentiality boundaries for coaching, or a gift's use).

By submitting a manuscript, you certify that the work is your own and that you hold the rights necessary to submit it for review. If your manuscript is accepted, it will be published and distributed free of charge through The Overflow under the terms of our Contributor Agreement. You retain authorship credit; submission does not transfer copyright to the ministry beyond what the Contributor Agreement specifies.

Submissions pass through an AI-assisted doctrinal audit and a human theological review board before any publishing decision is made. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Don't use this site to upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site (including the admin area), or misrepresent your identity when applying, requesting a consultation, or submitting a manuscript.

We may update these terms as the ministry's services grow. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
